It's time. On Monday, May 11, 2 p.m. we will open our doors again. The decision of the Federal Council allows museums to open their doors under certain conditions.

Of course we have also developed a comprehensive protection concept to guarantee you a safe visit.

Due to the protective measures, some parts of the museum will be closed or not usable. We thank you for your understanding.

We also limit the number of visitors who are allowed to visit the exhibitions at the same time. However, in view of the size of our museum, we do not expect you to have to wait for your visit.

The cafeteria will also have a selection of drinks and food available. Here the regulations of the authorities for catering establishments apply.

There will be no events until the end of June.

School classes are subject to the rules of the school and other visitors are subject to the museum's distance and hygiene measures. We recommend that larger classes be divided (15 lessons or more) and ask groups to visit the museum with enough supervisors.

We attach great importance to implementing the hygiene and spacing measures. We also ask visitors to observe the well-known rules of the FOPH. Please keep two metres distance from other visitors and stay at home if you feel ill.

We thank you for following the instructions of our staff.

T. rex is coming back!

Due to the current situation, the special exhibition "T. rex - Do we know each other? This will allow visitors to have a last look at the spectacular replicas of dinosaurs. This exhibition visit behind the scenes (without text and design, only the gallery is open) is possible until further notice.
